How to get proRM 2013
Download from the proRM Homepage
You can register for your free 5 Users license on our proRM Homepage.
Please register with the Displayname of your Organization. (HowTo is also described
in our Wiki)

CRM 2011 Requirements
- CRM Systemadministrator Security Role
- Running Microsoft Dynamics CRM-System (OnPremise, Online, IFD)
- English should be enabled in your CRM-System
- Displayname of your CRM-Organization)
Import proRM 2013 into an empty CRM 2011
Installation
- Unzip your downloaded proRM 2013 ZIP-File and read the Instructions carefully(Readme.txt)
- Open your CRM in the Internet Explorer
- Goto "Settings"
- Goto "Solutions"
- Click Import

- Choose the Location of your extracted proRM 2013 Solution
- Upload ZIP-File by clicking next

- Activate every Solutionprocess
- Start the Solutionimport

- Wait for the completion of the importprocess.

Check the Solutionimport
After importing proRM 2013 every processed step is displayed in a logwindow. This Information can be
saved and used with Excel for finding Warnings or Installationproblems.
Close the Importwizard and refresh your browser, proRM 2013 is now installed and ready to use.
Update proRM 2013 in a CRM 2011, where proRM Basic 2013 is Installed
Update
- Unzip your downloaded proRM 2013 ZIP-File and read the Instructions carefully(Readme.txt)
- Open your CRM in Internet Explorer
- Goto "Settings"
- Goto "Solutions"
- Click Import

- Choose the Location of your extracted proRM 2013 Solution
- Upload ZIP-File by clicking next

1.1 The CRM-System displays a Updatebox with information
- Activate every Solutionprocess
- Select "Overwrite customizations" to ensure a full update

- Wait for the completion of the importprocess.

Check the Solutionimport
After importing proRM 2013 every processed step is displayed in a logwindow. This Information can be
saved and used with Excel for finding Warnings or Installationproblems.
Close the Importwizard and refresh your browser, proRM 2013 is now installed and ready to use.
Import your proRM 2013 Licenses
- Goto "Settings"
- Goto "License Manager"
- Click "Import"
- Click "Add new License"
- Choose your XML-License File attached to your proRM 2013 registration Mail
- Assign or Create a Specific Security Role, to restrict the usage by your CRM-Employees
- The imported License is valid for the Business Unit, which was used for creation of the license (Displayname entered during registration)
- For the usage with more than one Business Unit, an ownstanding License is needed. (e.g.: Your Company Ltd. is divided into Division A and Division B; for each Division a License is needed)
- Every Imported Module get a Security Role (So it's possible to use only 5 Controlling Modules by more CRM-Users available in the System)
- Click "Import" to proceed and check if it was succesfull
- After Import is done check the License Status Reason to ensure the License is valid

Create a proRM-Employee
- Goto "Projects & Resources"
- Goto "Employees"
- Create a new proRM-Employee
- Enter the requested Data
- Save
- Open the assigned CRM-User
- Goto "Security Roles"
- Click "Manage Roles"
- Assign the created Security Roles used for the proRM 2013 Licensing
- Save & Close
